Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Deposit equal to first night's stay charged at time booking, the balance processed 14 days in advance of arrival.
Cancellations made 1 week or more prior to stay are subject to $15 admin fee, cancellations within within 7 days receive 50% refund, cancellations within 72 hours receive no refunds.
For groups with 4 or more suites and/or campsites cancellations within 2 weeks will receive 50% refund, cancellations within 1 week receive no refunds.
EMAIL CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS.
Pet Policy
We love welcoming four-legged family members, but a few ground rules keep everyone comfortable and safe:
Dogs only in Cabins: we do not accept cats or any other animals.
Maximum two dogs per cabin or campsite.
Registration is mandatory: every dog must be registered at check-in and you’ll be required to sign the pet waiver.
Unregistered pet = loss of damage deposit: if staff discover an unregistered pet in cabins the appropriate fees will be charged and the entire $300 damage deposit is forfeited.
Leash & supervision: dogs must remain on a leash no longer than 3 m / 9 ft or under direct control at all times—no roaming.
Restricted areas: pets are not permitted inside the hot-pool area or change rooms.
Quiet hours: 10 pm – 8 am. Please prevent barking or other noise that may disturb fellow guests.
Clean-up: owners must pick up after their pets immediately and use the designated waste bins.
Damage liability: guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or extra cleaning fees. Charges will be applied to the credit card on file.
Indemnity & release. I release and hold harmless CCR Resort Ltd., its employees, and affiliates from any claim or liability arising from my dog(s), including injury to persons, other animals, or property.
Certified service dogs are welcome; proof of certification is required at check-in. All rules above (except leash length while working) still apply.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in extra fees, eviction without refund, or loss of future booking privileges.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
3. Why we collect it
Contract: To confirm, administer, and bill your reservation.
Service: To provide pool access, Wi-Fi, events, and guest support.
Marketing (with consent): To send news, offers, and event info you’ve asked for; you can unsubscribe any time.
Analytics & improvements: To understand traffic patterns, improve our site, and tailor offers.
Legal: To meet tax, accounting, and public-health obligations.
4. Sharing your information
We share only as needed and never sell your data. Typical third parties:
Service providers (WebRezPro PMS, Constant Contact email, payment processors) under confidentiality agreements
Government bodies if required by law (e.g., tax audit, public-health order)
Event partners only when you explicitly sign up for a collab activity
All vendors store data in Canada or the United States and must protect it to Canadian standards.
5. Your choices & rights
Under BC’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada’s PIPEDA you may:
Access / correct your personal information
Withdraw consent for marketing at any time (unsubscribe link or email us)
Request deletion where legally permissible
Ask questions or file a complaint via the contact details above or with the Office of the Information & Privacy Commissioner for BC.
6. Cookies & similar tech
We use first- and third-party cookies for site functionality, analytics, and retargeting ads. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not work.
7. International visitors (GDPR/UK)**
If you reside in the EEA or UK, we process your data on the lawful bases of contract, consent, and legitimate interest, and you have additional rights to portability and restriction of processing. We rely on standard contractual clauses for any cross-border transfers.
8. Security & retention
We use SSL encryption, role-based access, and PCI-compliant payment processing. Records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose collected and legal requirements (typically 7 years for financial data).
9. Policy updates
We may revise this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on our website and, where appropriate, emailed to subscribers.
